Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Slice the loaf of French bread in half horizontally and place the halves cut side up on a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, Asiago cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, and garlic. Mix to combine.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread and bake for 7 minutes, or until the topping is hot and beginning to melt.
Broil until the bread is lightly browned and bubbly, about 3 minutes. Watch carefully so it does not burn. Cut into slices and serve warm.
