Gingerbread Syrup

Instructions
Gingerbread Syrup
Add all ingredients to a pan. Stir and bring to a boil then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour in a mason jar, seal, and refrigerate until cool.
Drink
Add enough ice to a tall glass to fill it ⅔ full
Add chia tea concentrate and 3 ounces of oat milk.
Froth 2 ounces of oat milk with 1 tablespoon gingerbread syrup then pour it into the glass. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
