Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until redness is gone. Drain off fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped onions, tomato sauce, cabbage, rice, and salt.
Add the drained meat into the mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Pour broth over the meat mixture.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil or a lid.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Stir, replace cover, and bake for another 30 minutes.
